AUDIO CLIPS
For Macintosh Users
Click on faces below to hear audio clips from the cable television production of
Eric Zaccar's Starr's on Broadway
The biggest problem we've had with this website has been getting our audio clips to play on Macintosh computers. We've tried a dozen audio programs, converted the clips to numerous sound formats, and consulted quite a few self proclaimed experts. As of now, if you have a home Mac with one or two of the more popular contemporary sound programs, I'd say the chances are fifty fifty that our clips will stream in, when you click on the faces below. If this doesn't work, try going to the Audio for Windows page; some Macs might be able to play the sound files from there. And, if all else fails, you can simulate the experience, without actual sound, by clicking on Pseudo Audio. You'll see some interesting and unique production pictures, and you'll experience the same pieces of the play that you'd hear in the clips. You just won't be able to appreciate the dead on impressions and often hilarious interpretations of our truly brilliant actors.
All audio clips are between five and forty seconds long. Some of the text is intended for seasoned audiences, and parental discretion is strongly suggested!
All audio clips are performed by the players pictured above. Names, details and more intriguing images of the actors can be found on our Cast and Biographies pages.
